Muscle pain now,whole body really pain like hell !!!
Maybe i been ages didn't make some exercise thats why my muscles pain >;
Today,pretty in the morning get rush prepare myself at 7.45 early yea !
Playing badminton with my schoolmates as i promise them i will attend there and sorry for the last time i ppk you yea due i busy on that days.
Actually i love playing badminton so much and it's only the one exercise that i love !
I very enjoy my exercise today yea,friends.
After finish,waiting my lord fetch me to his studio and i been waiting him for 3 hours at studio. ><>
Tomoro,he again going KL for the last competition .
